This applies to bookings purchased from this site only.
You can cancel your order by emailing us within 24 HOURS from the date and time of pickup/flight arrival time. We will issue a full refund or credit note for the price you paid for the booking.
Please note that you will be responsible for any costs associated with the refund to your bank. This includes but is not limited to usual bank charges on refunds. The fees will be disclosed to you and deducted from the refund amount.
Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
